The Joseph Joseph SwitchScale is a grey digital kitchen scale with two weighing formats. Use the flat surface for whole foods or your own container, or turn the lid upside down to create a bowl for loose ingredients.
The add-and-weigh function lets you measure several ingredients in one container by taring the weight of the bowl or previously added contents. It measures dry ingredients and liquids in metric and imperial units, with a graduation of 1 g / 1 ml.
An LCD shows the readings, while touch-sensitive controls handle operation. The scale requires 3 AAA batteries. Decorative items shown in the image are not included.
