Conditions of Use

All products offered by Motivs.lv have a manufacturer's warranty.
Low resource items, power supplies and accessories have a limited warranty period.
The warranty period is specified in the product description and warranty card. You can ask us that too.

The customer has the right to return the purchase within 14 days.
During this time, please keep the original packaging and set. Do not use or damage the product.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to carefully familiarize yourself with the instructions for use of the product!

Please note that warranty obligations are void when:
the product has been operated in violation of the terms of use;
it is not possible to present the true serial number;
the product has mechanical damage, traces of foreign uncertified intervention;
there are damages related to the effects of natural elements, fire, household factors, harmful substances, liquids and animals;
foreign objects have got inside;
the product was incorrectly connected to the power source (mains) or its parameters do not meet the standards set by the manufacturer.
Until the end of the warranty period, please keep the check/receipt and the warranty card!
